Saitama International Association (SIA) offers consultation services
to foreign residents who experience various difficulties in their daily
lives caused by differences in language and culture, and by a lack of information.
This service aims to help foreign residents live more comfortably and to
provide a point where they can consult freely on any matter and obtain
more information.
Consultation services are provided at the SIA Plaza, over the telephone,
by fax and e-mail. If you would like to visit for a consultation, please
make an appointment by phone in advance.
