Saitama Information & Support

1) SIS provides information about Saitama Prefecture in foreign languages.

2) SIS gives advices regarding matters on everyday living, in foreign languages over the phone. Also, it arrange an appointment for the consultation with the specialists on immigration, labor, or legal matters. *As consultation is done directly by specialists, it is necessary to make an appointment.

3) SIS also provides interpretation over the phone for those who have difficulty with the Japanese language at public facilities such as prefectural / municipal officesor hospitals. Please request staff concerned to call SIS.
