The Plaza makes newspapers (in English, Spanish, and Portuguese) available
to all visitors and provides reference materials that are useful for foreign
residents living in Japan (e.g. materials explaining about garbage dispose
procedures, lists of Japanese language classes, information on housing,
etc.). |

Members: 180 yen for the first 30 minutes, and 30 yen for every additional
5 minutes
